Place was exactly as the pictures showed, four bedrooms each with their own en-suite made it awesome! The host was super responsive, had two small things and the maintenance man was there quickly. We stayed after season so it was a good price, and only one block from the beach and like 10 min drive from the airport made everything nice and easy.

The staff (especially the morning crew) were exceptional. Little disappointed about the fruit chiller, hence the lack of fruit. Once again the Sawmill Townhouses were excellent. Golf courses (Jones & Byrd) were in great shape. Looks like the neighborhood is growing with all the new construction, sometime the parking was a bit burdensome at the clubhouse with the orange cones. Overall it was a good golf event...

The property itself was great; although the floors were dirty as shown on my kids feet when they didn’t keep their slippers on. The view was excellent and the size of the unit was great for a large group. But be warned that there are only two parking spots available for the unit; so if you’re coming with multiple people/families, make prior arrangements for parking. Overall, I would definitely stay there again!

Only complaint is that the TV in the living room was only 32 inches and two small! Have used your services for the past several years! Always very responsive.
